I researched a lot of companies before switching to stuff Fibre. They were really helpful. We had hiccups at the beginning because the Fibre cables weren't installed on the start date as promised by an external company. We let stuff Fibre know and they ended up giving us a discount for the hassle we went through. Really great company to be with. No fuss, no contract, no cancelation fee or sign up fee.

The initial set up was extremely frustrating. So many sub-contractors and the actual connection took around 3 months. The appealing aspect was not being bound to a 12 month contract. In hindsight, I would have chosen some other provider if I had known it would take so long to get the service up and running.

Awesome internet experience, not sure how (maybe the router) but our internet speed is way faster than previous fibre connections with Vodafone and Kevin.

No internet AT ALL atm, no status reports on website, overloaded "chat" support. NO phone support. Service and support at the moment doesn't even deserve one star

Worst internet provider that I ever been with. I was using fibre for last 3 years and I never had any issues but once I started with Stuff fibre I have outage at least 3 -4 times a week and really bad service. Felling annoyed. I recommend one of my friend and he face same issue as mine. NEVER EVER recommend Stuff fibre to any one. I wish I have read the reviews before signing up. Felling Angry.

I have had Stuff Fibre for a few weeks and they have provided a free gigabit modem and on the max 950/450 plan. All sounds good right. The realistic speeds I get over hardwired are 400mbps download and 450mbps upload. When I call them to ask, they say that do I really need 950/450? and that in theory all download and streaming should be fine. I do not pay money to be on a slower plan. Others I have asked around on Spark and Vodafone, even though they pay a higher price, get consistently higher speeds near the 950/450 mark.Next I called up Chorus to ask whats up with my speed, they said I am on a gigabit connection so no problems from their Chorus ONT, but my speeds are determined by my service provider. Have done make tests with few gaming machines in the house, have connected one device only and tested peak performance and still get 450/450 speeds. Also another thing I would like to mention. I believe Stuff is capping us directly their so called free modem. Its an Asus one from their website, but they have surely programmed it themselves. If you have one of these modems, do hard reset and you will see the wifi will default to "STUFF 2G FIBRE", instead of the usual ASUS WIFI 2G, which you would get if you bought the same modem from PB Tech. I am definitely going to leave Stuff Fibre soon and I urge you to not only read my comments but to try it out yourselves if you have Stuff Fibre and let me know if you can see similar results. The transition was good and billing was clear but please test your connection and test your router they have provided, I believe they are definitely capping us.

They told us they could provide vdsl. 2 weeks of changing stories: them claiming our property did not exist alternating with there is already a provider at that address (that the previous tenants had not moved their isp to new property yet and they had we asked through the rental company when we dropped their mail off) and then trying to claim we did something wrong to the lines if they are not working. We sent them our tenancy agreement and photos/vids of us trying the phone jack's and that no one was getting Internet through them. When arguing that we did not really live there we sent a copy of the tenancy agreement, they promptly said goodbye and hung up and rung a couple of hours later and informed us they could not be our isp. The previous tenants had internet at this property with no drama this is without a doubt the worst isp I have ever had. Treated us like we were suspicious instead of just admitting someone made a mistake copying the address down and caused confusion. Could not even tell us why or that perhaps there was a line problem or anything. Even more substandard than stuff news. Shame really. I do not recommend: they told us they could be our isp and then changed their mind 2 weeks later without owning up to human address error even once or that they were having problems: somehow it was all our fault. We could have had Internet on a week ago if they had just told us they can't earlier so we could have arranged another isp. Pitiful service, utterly pitiful. As a customer service worker myself I was appalled. If you make a mistake, own it don't degenerate into an ego battle with a would be customer and accuse them of being deceitful when you have no proof and apologize when they provide proof that they are notbeing deceitful. Was a bizzare and disappointed experience. I regret leaving our previous isp. They would have sent spark much earlier and that would have cleared the confusion with address and the state of the line. As we live down a shared driveway I belive the original person did not get the address right and each subsequent person just got more confused. Humans make mistakes, just own it.
