Promised our decommission/disconnection request would be actioned within 2 days. A week later, the work still hadn't been done. So I called them back and they now tell me they won't do it and that I had to call Vector. While being passed between multiple divisions at Mercury, they accidentally disconnected my phone call twice. The irony!

I've been with mercury for 6 years and now moving to a new address when I called mercury customer service to transfer power to new address they did a credit check on me and I was declined bad credit and told they can't put the power on at New address, other option was glo-bug which I don't have money for or during the week,customer service told me go to another power company..I thought you suppose to keep your customer's not get rid of them,..

Always have trouble with mercury as i always get double billed tried talking to Customer service various times and they are very frustrating and not helpful at all.

They're not the cheapest, so I might end up changing. However, when I rung and told them I had shopped around, they were happy to try and price match, so that was great (and kept me as a customer for now)gin

Great customer service easy to deal with they changed the bill recently and removed a couple things and could always be cheaper but overall we are very happy

I rang 7 companies and matched their rates Mercury was the cheapest across the board for low users ... online electric i think thats it was the cheapest for standard user rates

Jordan was patient, pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made sure that I understood all the steps and was clear and concise in her replies. Jordan first verified that I was the person paying the bills and ascertained that my husband had already expressed a change to Pulse but wanted to speak with me first. As we are both older, we appreciate that Jordan had taken the time to ensure that we understood the importance of a smart meter as there are two dwellings on this meter.

Filomena had amazing customer service! She was very polite and respectful. She also was great at listening to my needs and offering solutions with options that had great savings. Very clear and concise information. Great price comparison for saving money on our monthly bills! Thanks Issac and Glimp! I can't wait to pass these savings on to my hard working family Adding onto my review as I think this is totally unacceptable to have people call you about switching companies and you agree to change and go through the process with Glimp and then get phone calls from supposed companies BEFORE you even get the email offer from supposed companies.
