flick is a good company that is eco friendly and is easy to use,flick has too plans which i think is both very good and it even provides the move house thing where the electricity goes on even if you move house

I think that Flick have revolutionised the market and are the only provider pushing any real competition. That alone makes me want to support them regardless of any shortcomings they have.

Spikes in spot prices aren't fun. But long run have saved without much change to usage

prices are higher over winter but NOT like genesis was, love the weekly bills and they send you dirty alerts to let you know that power is crazy high and turn off what you can. It has made us be more active in turning things off and not doing washing etc when it is crazy high. Our power in summer was way way way cheaper.

Flick are fantastic, they have saved our household so much money since joint, and there customer service is world class. They clearly explain any discrepancies in bills so you know what to expect, and you can never get behind on power as it is taken weekly from your account via direct debit. One the best decisions I made in regards to our household bills and utilitites !

Jordan was patient, pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made sure that I understood all the steps and was clear and concise in her replies. Jordan first verified that I was the person paying the bills and ascertained that my husband had already expressed a change to Pulse but wanted to speak with me first. As we are both older, we appreciate that Jordan had taken the time to ensure that we understood the importance of a smart meter as there are two dwellings on this meter.

Very clear and concise information. Great price comparison for saving money on our monthly bills! Thanks Issac and Glimp! I can't wait to pass these savings on to my hard working family Adding onto my review as I think this is totally unacceptable to have people call you about switching companies and you agree to change and go through the process with Glimp and then get phone calls from supposed companies BEFORE you even get the email offer from supposed companies.
