Can I use my old modem for my Skinny Unlimited Broadband?

You can’t connect to the internet with a third-party modem if you’re subscribed to any Skinny Broadband plan. The modem is included for free if you choose a 12-month term but must be paid upfront if you choose No Pesky Term. 

If you're on wireless broadband service, you can take relocate your modem with you anywhere. Enter your new address in the Skinny Address Checker to check if you can take your modem with you. Simply notify their support team that you’ll be relocating your Skinny Wireless modem. If you attempt to use your Skinny Wireless modem at a different address without informing them, your connection may be terminated.

If you have a fixed broadband service, you can also take your modem with you if your new home has the same type of connection.

Can I cancel my broadband even if I’m signed on a 12-month contract?

If you’re not happy with your connection, you can return the Skinny modem included in your plan and get a refund for all fees paid.
